Responsibilities

Strategic & Financial Leadership 

• Develop and execute aircraft and engine financing strategies to support fleet development plans. 
• Negotiate with Airbus, OEMs, lessors, and key suppliers to secure favourable terms. 

Contracting & Lease Management 

• Lead all purchase, lease, and major component contracting processes. 
• Oversee lease administration, including return conditions and compliance. 
• Manage RFPs with lessors, banks, and financial institutions. 

Operational & Governance Oversight 

• Ensure timely and accurate execution of financing plans and budgets. 
• Oversee payment operations for financings and OEM agreements. 

People Leadership 

• Build and lead a high-performing team with clear accountabilities. 
• Foster a culture of financial discipline, commercial agility, and continuous improvement. 

Experience

• 10+ years of experience in financing roles, preferably in aviation or asset-heavy industries. 
• Proven expertise in aircraft and engine financing, leasing, and treasury operations. 

Hard skills

• Strong commercial and negotiation skills. 
• Advanced financial modelling and analysis capabilities (advantage) 
• Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook). 

Education

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in Economics, Finance, or a Technical discipline. 

Language

• Fluent verbal and written proficiency in English
